Ok, I feel this might be a good time to elaborate a little. What most people don’t seem to realise is, that abs are not made in the gym; far from it. Eat clean, eat regularly and make sure you are getting enough cardio in your routine. What does this mean? Crazy, crash diets? No! It doesn’t need to be that complicated. You just have to have a clear goal in mind, and make sure that your eating habits are in line with that goal.

There are other things that can sabotage your journey for that washboard stomach. One of those is as simple as not rehydrating yourself enough, which in turn will create water retention. If you are not giving your body enough water, then it isn’t going to like that very much, and in turn, it will go into its own little version of survival mode and store water in case of emergency. You do not want this, so drink, drink, drink that water.
